United 4 Peace is a powerful celebration of unity, youth, and the unifying spirit of sport. Hosted by the International Indian Film Festival Toronto (IIFFT), this special charity soccer event took place in 2017 at Nathan Phillips Square, bringing together the city of Toronto for a day of connection, inspiration, and purpose.

The event featured exciting soccer matches between youth teams, the Toronto Police, and a lineup of well-known personalities and celebrities, including Dale Moss, Molly Thomas, and Ivan Orlic. These matches were more than just friendly competition—they symbolized collaboration, mentorship, and the positive influence of sport on young people from all backgrounds.

Following the matches, the celebration continued with an outdoor screening of the film Pelé, hosted in a custom-built open-air movie theatre at Nathan Phillips Square. The screening was preceded by special introductions from City representatives, the Mayor, and the film’s director, highlighting the cultural and social importance of the evening.
